Ragging is totally banned in the College. Anyone found ragging will be punished severely, as per the Tamilnadu Govt.Ordinance No. 10 of Dec. 19, 1996.

"Ragging within or outside of any Educational Institution is prohibited. Whoever commits, participates in, abets or propagates 'Ragging' shall be punished with imprisonment fora term which may extend to two years and shall also be liable to a fine which may extend to Ten thousand rupees".

"Any student convicted of an offence shall also be dismissed from the Educational Institution and such student shall not be admitted in any other Educational Institution".

Students who are victims of ragging are requested to bring the matter either to the notice of the Principal or Heads of the Departments or any Staff Member to check the menace of ragging in the College. All necessary help will be provided by the College in this regard. Students are requested to cooperate.
